Glass Plates were the first medium he worked in, transitioning to medium format roll film in the early sixties, he never owned a 35mm system for professional work working mostly with Rollei, Hasselblad, Mamiya and Pentax. It was hard like any other professional photographer to switch to digital photography, but having worked with real film makes David a true professional who can achieve excellent results with the knowledge of how to use correct exposure, composition and correct posing.
